Striking Coach is a subscription service where the member signs up understanding this is a reoccurring payment for either an annual or monthly subscription.
Your next membership payment will automatically be taken on the same date each month, or year (dependant on membership purchased).
The member will pay a reoccurring fee of the promised price they paid at the time of sign up, this will not increase during the membership, unless cancelling and re-joining.
There is no contractual period and the member can cancel the subscription at any point from the first sign up to prevent any further payments being taken.
It is the members responsibility to manage their membership, including cancelling from the service. At the time of cancelling, you will receive an email confirming cancellation and no further payments will be taken.
Striking Coach offers no refunds and therefore any cancellations should be completed prior to the reoccurring payment date.
If a payment is unsuccessful at the point of the renewal date, the members account will be frozen and a further two attempts would be made to take payment. If still unsuccessful, the account will be cancelled.
Please ensure your account details, including email are correct at the point of sign up as all confirmation correspondence will be sent to that email address.
